As we said on our homepage, POD covers far more than just HR. So yes, there’ll be departments with names you recognise, such as Resourcing and Payroll. But they’ll also be some rather less well known areas, like Organisational Development and Projects & Programmes. Review our structure and departments pages and it should start to make sense.
