POD's structure is designed with customer service in mind. As our departments section will expain, we operate in specialist functional teams, for example Internal Communications and Learning and Development. We then come together to support our particular customer areas (e.g. Science, Fundraising and Supporter Marketing) providing a tailor-made service.
