What we do well
A large number of people agreed that they understood how their work contributed to Cancer Research UK’s Vision and Purpose.
Many employees at Cancer Research UK agreed that their contribution was valued by others.
A large number of employees would recommend Cancer Research UK as a place to work.
Many of our employees agreed that they had confidence in Cancer Research UK’s leaders.
Around two thirds agreed that people worked with integrity at Cancer Research UK.
A high number of employees within POD agreed that they understand where POD is going and what the directorate is aiming to achieve.
Many of our employees agreed that they felt able to make a difference within POD.
As you can see, people have plenty of good things to say about working here. But we’re not perfect. However, we are honest and we want you to know exactly what we’re like before you make any decision about joining us.
What we need to improve on
Not many people agreed that the different parts of Cancer Research UK integrated well together. This is something that we are continuously working towards fixing.
Employees at Cancer Research UK felt that leaders could empower people to take more responsibility.
A large number of employees agreed that they were managed effectively, but that there was still room for improvement in this area.
